Randy is a native of Evanston and graduated from King Arts and ETHS. Randy attended Quincy University where he took leadership opportunities working as a student adviser for both the Men's Awareness Committee and the First Year Leadership Experience while also serving as President of Brother of Unity. Randy graduated Quincy University with a BA in Human Services. After college Randy continued working with youth and also ventured out to become a case worker at a nursing home for mentally ill adults.
Randy joined the Y.O.U. family in March 2015 and hopes to impact youth lives. In his free time Randy enjoys volunteering with the Partnership to Educate and Advance Kids (PEAK) in Chicago.
