Megan Orleans

Megan serves as Y.O.U.'s Director of Grades 3-8 Out-of-School-Time Programs.


Megan currently serves as the Director of Grades 3-8 Out-of-School-Time Programs where she oversees all dimensions of after school and summer learning programs for Y.O.U.'s elementary and middle school sites. She manages the design and implementation of high quality and intentional programs at ten school sites across three school districts. Megan also oversees Y.O.U.'s  data and evaluation efforts in the OST Department.

Megan earned a BA in Geography/Environmental Studies from UCLA, and has an M.Ed in Environmental Education from Slippery Rock University. Megan has been managing informal education programs across the country for more than ten years and has worked in a variety of settings ranging from botanic gardens to children’s museums. Megan is thrilled to bring her love for hands-on, experiential learning to Y.O.U.’s Out-of-School-Time programs.
