James graduated from Lake Forest College with a Bachelor’s in computer science. During that time, he spent a summer as a camp counselor for iD Tech, where he combined his skills with technology with his passion for working with his hands. Shortly after graduation, James decided to pursue opportunities in information technology instead. He worked at Lake Forest Country Day School as a help desk technician, and joined Y.O.U. following that.
Born and raised in Evanston, James has an appreciation for the diverse backgrounds of our community, and is a big believer in equal opportunity, especially for children. In his free time, James enjoys working with clay, playing tabletop games with his friends, and spending time with his parents and siblings.
