Mental Health & Community-Based Services

Y.O.U. offers free, comprehensive counseling services for youth and families.

Mental Health & Community-Based Services are integrated into Y.O.U.'s Out-of-School-Time Program for youth in grades 2-12, as well as delivered through a community-based street outreach model at locations where youth gather across our community

Services provided include:

  • Individual, Group, and Family Mental Health Counseling, and
  • Comprehensive case management; and
  • Coordination with local service providers
  • Targeted street outreach including drop-in services at Robert Crown Community Center;
  • Provision of basic gateway services, including food, referrals to shelter, and transportation passes;
  • 24-hour housing crisis response for youth experiencing homelessness;
  • Family reunification services, family-generated placements, emergency shelter placements
