Rachel serves as Advancement Specialist.
Rachel attended Rollins College and received her bachelors in Social Entrepreneurship and Communications in 2021 and then graduated with her Masters in Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business in 2023. While attending undergraduate and graduate school, Rachel worked for the Rollins Social Impact Hub where she led a program helping college students start their own nonprofits and social enterprises. After being away for five years, Rachel is excited to be back in the Chicagoland area where she grew up. Coming from a family of teachers, Rachel has always been passionate about ensuring young people have access to the education and resources they need to not only survive, but thrive. She is excited to bring her experience and passion to the Advancement Department at Y.O.U and help make a difference in the lives of youth in Evanston.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking, running, reading, and exploring different neighborhoods in Chicago. She is also a huge dog lover and has a pet corgi of her own.
