Dennis Skolnik

Dennis has served as Y.O.U.’s Accounting Manager since 2021. Drawing on more than 26 years
of experience in nonprofit finance, auditing, and strategic budgeting, he ensures every dollar is
managed efficiently and accounted for responsibly.

Before joining Y.O.U., Dennis spent more than 21 years in a key financial leadership role at
Family Service of Lake County, overseeing accounting, human resources, information
technology, operations, and grant reporting.

Dennis believes strong financial stewardship enables nonprofits to pursue greater ambitions.
He partners closely with leadership and program teams to align resources with sustainable,
long-term goals. Outside of work, he enjoys travel and fitness and volunteers with other
nonprofit organizations, reflecting his commitment to service.
