Maggie Blinn DiNovi is stepping down as the CEO of Y.O.U. effective November 30, 2019. "We thank her for her many contributions over the past 20 months, and we wish her well in the months and years ahead," said Cindy Wilson, Y.O.U. board chair.
“I enjoyed working with the Y.O.U. team and the Board to focus on enhancing program quality and impact, managing Y.O.U.’s growth, and building financial sustainability,” said DiNovi.
Y.O.U. continues to work with youth, families, schools, and community organizations to close the opportunity gap and prepare youth for post-secondary and life success.
The Board has appointed Laura Dell as the Interim CEO. Laura has more than 30 years of organizational development and leadership development experience. She has consulted non-profits exclusively for the past ten years. Her previous roles include Director of Staff Development of the YMCA of the USA. Laura is very familiar with the work of Y.O.U., having worked for the organization previously, including six years as Chief Operating Officer.
