Originally from Texas but has called the Chicago area home for the past 7 years. She has worked with various non-profit organizations for the past 15 years. She brings her curiosity and compassion to her role as a Program Coordinator for both Chute Middle School and Foster Elementary. She has taught various STEM and Art classes, allowing the youth to ask questions and search for answers together. She has a love for each student that enters the classroom. When asked, “which student is your favorite?” she always answers, “the student in front of me.” She has been a part of Y.O.U. for 2 years and is looking forward to more ahead.
