Sloane Shabelman

Sloane_Shabelman_1_25.jpgSloane Shabelman has been the Community Case Manager at Y.O.U. since August 2026. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Emory University, and her previous nonprofit experiences involved work with afterschool and mentorship programs, refugee and immigrant populations, and youth and families experiencing homelessness both in the Chicagoland area and Atlanta. Sloane is incredibly passionate about youth development and ensuring all youth are able to reach their full potential regardless of any existing barriers. She is very grateful to be a part of Y.O.U.'s work in connecting Evanston youth and families with the services, support, and resources they need to empower their journeys to success.
